Scope of Services

Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC provides professional massage therapy, esthetic services, and wellness consultations.

All services are for therapeutic purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescription.

Client Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services.

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must provide written consent prior to treatment.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns during the intake process.

Services may be refused if it is deemed unsafe for the client or therapist.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service fee or loss of prepaid session.

Repeat offenders may be charged or require prepayment of service.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session while being charged the full service fee.

We understand emergencies and illness happens.

If our staff needs to cancel or reschedule due to illess or emergency we will inform you via phone call or text message as quickly as possible.

Snow and Bad Weather:

The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

If you feel unsafe traveling due to snow or icy conditions, you may cancel your appointment without penalty.

We kindly request that you notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled session.

Practice-Initiated Cancellations:

If we determine that weather conditions make it unsafe to operate, Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling:

We will work with you to find the next available date and time for your session.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods.All services and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Packages, gift cards, or prepaid services are non-refundable and expire after 12 months.

Professional Conduct

Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC maintains a professional and respectful environment.

Inappropriate Behavior: Any inappropriate, abusive, or harassing conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.

Full payment will still be required.

Clients are required to maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire during services.

Health & Safety

Clients experiencing illness, fever, or contagious conditions are asked to reschedule.

Services will not be performed on clients presenting with open wounds, skin infections, or other contraindications.

Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to ensure the safety of clients and staff.

If our staff is experiencing illness, fever, or contagious conditions are you will be asked to reschedule.

Liability Waiver

By scheduling services with Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC, clients acknowledge the following:

Massage and esthetic treatments are non-medical and provided for relaxation, stress reduction, or pain relief purposes only.

Clients agree to release Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC and its staff from all liability for any adverse reactions, injuries, or issues resulting from services provided.

Clients accept full responsibility for communicating their health conditions, limitations, and needs prior to treatment.

Confidentiality

Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC respects client privacy and confidentiality. Personal and medical information shared during intake or sessions will be kept secure and confidential, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of these changes.
