Hello! I'm Alena Unger, the founder and heart behind Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics llc.
My journey into the world of holistic wellness began over a decade ago when I embarked on a path to become a licensed massage therapist and esthetician.
What started as a career change soon became a profound personal journey of healing and transformation.
Having experienced my own battles with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain, I discovered the incredible power of self-care and natural healing modalities.
Before stepping into the world of massage and esthetics, I was on the verge of disability, struggling with chronic pain, extreme exhaustion, brain fog, a list of chronic health issues that affected my quality of life. I had to move in with my family to help support my daughter and myself. I struggled to function as a parent and as an adult.
However, as I dived deeper into my studies and embraced regular massages, dietary changes, and self-care, I witnessed a remarkable improvement in my body and life.
My journey taught me firsthand the importance of self-care and the transformative impact it can have on one's life. With licenses in massage therapy (2007), esthetics (2011), and as a wellness consultant (2017), I have honed my skills and expertise to offer professional, personalized care to my clients.
My focus is on helping individuals deal with long-term chronic pain, guiding them towards a reduction in pain and better quality of life.
At Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics llc, my passion is to create a sanctuary of healing and rejuvenation.
Through a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massages, specialized esthetic treatments, and a deep commitment to self-care, I strive to empower my clients to embrace life in its truest sense.
I believe that self-care goes beyond physical; it encompasses mental, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
